Unbound6D is an independent game studio in Suffolk, owned by UNBOUND6D LTD. Our puzzle games for Android are built around a six-sided block that rolls across a board of square tiles.
Every roll turns a different face upward, and each tile asks for a particular face before it will let you pass. The block is the key, and its orientation is the lock.

Stamps
A stamp tile prints its colour onto the face pressed against it, changing what later gates will accept.
Turntables
A turntable spins the die a quarter turn on the spot without moving it a single square.
Puzzles you solve in your head first
We design our games so that a good player can work out a route without touching the screen, by turning the die mentally. Boards stay small, often five squares by five, so the whole problem fits in a single glance.
A preview ghost shows where the block will land and which face will end up on top, before you commit to a roll.
What we hold ourselves to
- Every board is checked by a solver so that it has a solution, and the shortest one is recorded.
- Rewind is unlimited, since exploring wrong turns is part of the fun.
- Faces carry both a number and a shape, so colour-blind players read them just as quickly.
- No adverts interrupt a board in the middle of a solve.
